Arizona Toy Con (aztoycon.com) is a pop culture convention in Glendale with a special focus on collectable toys, though it's gone through some name changes. It was founded by Neil Kotler as the Phoenix Toy Show, which ran for some years in the Shadow Mountain High School's Gymnasium. In 2014, it became iCon, to reflect a strong growth potential, but was then trimmed back down to the Arizona Toy Con in 2016. It expanded from Glendale to a second event in Mesa in 2023. |
