Keen Halloween

Overview

Keen Halloween was a family oriented convention with a maker faire aesthetic that was held near and revolving around Halloween.

It was started by Daniel and Dawna Davis of Steam Crow who ran two events in 2012 and 2013.

After a couple of years on hiatus, they partnered with Matt Solberg of Square Egg Entertainment, the parent company of Phoenix Comicon, to bring back the event with a more vendor-centric approach.

The planned 2017 event was cancelled in March 2017 with the news that ownership had passed back to Daniel and Dawna and they were retiring it as a convention. More details will be forthcoming, but the name may live on in other forms.
