Notes

Mesa Book Festival hadn't announced dates for 2020 when COVID-19 hit, so simply chose not to. They did announce details for 2021, though, with the fourth event scheduled for 4th December, 2021, initially at Benedictine University Mesa and then virtual, but this event was eventually cancelled.
