SatanCon is an annual Lupercalia celebration hosted by the Satanic Temple (TST) and sponsored by Reason Alliance, Ltd. "Attendees will enjoy lectures and panels presented by our campaigns and congregations as well as entertainment and a Satanic Marketplace." It's an 18+ event. Scottsdale was selected as the location because While the name might suggest otherwise, the Satanic Temple's mission statement is "to encourage benevolence and empathy among all people, reject tyrannical authority, advocate practical common sense and justice, and be directed by the human conscience to undertake noble pursuits guided by the individual will." |
